Marijuana, Cannabis Oil Found On Stony Point Man

STONY POINT, N.Y. – A Stony Point man was arrested Monday after police discovered he was in possession of marijuana and cannabis oil during a traffic stop.

Joseph Kourabas, 28, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on June 13 after he was found with 10.3 grams of marijuana, five cartridges of cannabis oil and a suspended license, according to police.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Stony Point Justice Court on August 2.
